Our Pricing

We offer a transparent pricing structure. Payments are made directly to Prairie Allergy. A superbill for your visit is available upon request to apply for reimbursement from your insurance company.

New Patient Consultation $300

60-90 minute appointment to review clinical history, perform an exam, and create your personalized care plan. These plans may be based on additional specialized testing (spirometry, skin testing, lab testing, oral food challenge, etc).

New Patient Consultation $300

Monthly Subscription $50

This pricing is for any member not on immunotherapy through Prairie Allergy. Subscription is inclusive of office visits, telehealth visits, spirometry, email and text communications. Oral challenges, labs and skin testing are billed separately.

Environmental Allergy Skin Testing $300

Skin testing panel of 50 allergens.

Testing can take 30-60 minutes. Please review Skin Testing Preparation for more information.

Food Allergy Skin Testing $6/antigen

This skin prick test evaluates your IgE antibody response (the “allergy antibody”) against a specific food.

This test is not a validated or recommended evaluation of food intolerances or sensitivities.

Oral Food Challenge $350

3-4 hour procedure to determine reactivity vs tolerance to a particular food. May only be scheduled after consultation with Dr. Everist.

Spirometry (Breathing Tests). $0

Complimentary with all visits when indicated.

Additional services provided upon request

Lab testing, antibiotic allergy testing, imaging, etc.

Please inquire for pricing. Prairie Allergy has negotiated rates with local laboratory and imaging companies.

Immunotherapy

All immunotherapy packages are inclusive of follow up appointments and communications.

Prairie Allergy is an out-of-network Direct Specialty Care practice. In this model, patients pay for their care directly to the physician – without middlemen or third parties to inflate costs. This means you know exactly how much your care will cost before your visit.
